The exercise class will restart this Friday. We have a few places available so if you ae interested come along at 10:00am – there is a small charge (£4.00) to cover the costs of our wonderful instructor.
Tea/coffee and biscuits will be available as usual.
As this Friday will be the start of a Bank Holiday weekend and all bar one of our regulars will not be at the Lighthouse, we have agreed to close for this week only.
We will restart on Friday 4th September when we will also discuss whether or not to restart the Armchair Exercise Class (which we had suspended during August due to low numbers).
There will be no morning service at Macedonia on Sunday 7th June due to holidays etc.
BUT …
There will be a special service on June 21st at 10:30am when we will be joined by some members of the Failsworth and Oldham Walking Group who will tell us a little about how this group has helped their journey through mental health difficulties. The service will (as is our custom) be cafe-style and all are welcome (even if – or especially if – you don’t normally attend church).
Come and join us – it’ll be fun!!

The series being run at Charlestown URC is going ahead as planned on Wednesdays at 7:30pm
The next series of discussions, which are for season 5 of The Chosen, are due to start in February. These sessions are running at two venues, times and dates but will follow the same plan. All are welcome to join us at either (or mix and match both!).
We have moved our January mid-week worship service to fall in the Week of Prayer for Christian Unity. It will take place on Wednesday 21st January at 7:30pm. The service will be jointly led by representatives and leaders from several of our Failsworth churches and we would love you to join us.
